We are a UK-based IT support company providing an innovative and affordable IT Support service to businesses throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.

We have developed secure remote control software that allows you to connect us to any Microsoft Windows workstation or server of your choice, anywhere in the world. Our IT Experts can perform support sessions by utilising keyboard, mouse and screen sharing software to enable an IT Expert to see the problem and resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Unlike many IT companies that dial-in to your business network to perform remote control sessions, our software does not require any IT infrastructure at your business for us to provide Online Support only an active Internet connection.

Our remote control software is available by signing in to the Support Centre where you can connect an IT Expert to control any computer that you are using – at work, home or working abroad – great for mobile workers and International businessmen.
