The Premium support plan is an exciting service which elevates our customers to the highest level of IT Support
with its fastest response times and expertise. Designed for business-critical systems, high availability and demanding
IT Support.
The Premium support plan is a monthly-based subscription plan which provides our customers with guaranteed response
times of less than 4 working hours, includes 20 x free sessions per month and elevates our customers to the highest
level of IT Support and its fastest response times. All additional support sessions used throughout the calendar
month are charged in arrears at Premium plan rate.
All Pre-Pay customers are required to make payment by monthly invoice. Payment is required within 7 days from
invoice unless otherwise agreed.
