We provide onsite support to Education establishments located within one hour from our office in Hampshire,
England.
Onsite support is provided where an onsite presence is needed for local schools that require physical hardware
tasks performed and installation of new equipment.
The main focus of our business is to provide affordable IT Support and reduce the total cost of ownership to
schools and our business! We do recommend Online Support for most IT issues as 95% of requests can be resolved by
using our remote control software.
Customers located in the UK outside of our one hour travel scope can also benefit from our courier
"collect-and-return" service. All equipment received and return is always repaired and configured for integration
back into your school - final configuration tasks are then provided by Online Support if necessary.
