(Level 1) – Critical
Complete malfunction or failure, specific to the server, significantly impacting the operation of the network and
its users.
(Level 2) – Non Critical
Malfunction, failure or error which impacts business operation, where a workaround is available and/or does not
significantly impact the network or its users.
Note: Our IT Experts have the authority to immediately assess the level of a technical issue and to act
accordingly.
Note: A critical response does not include a guaranteed repair time and it is the aim of OPCS to deliver reasonable
commercial efforts during normal hours of operation to satisfactorily resolve each incident within the terms of the
agreement.
Server Maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following checks:
- Disk space
- Running Processes
- Eventlogs
- Anti-Virus
- All services running
- Windows updates
- Printer Queues
- Test backup and restore
- Test UPS protection
- Reboot the server
