To start using our service you need to create your free online account here on our website to gain access to the
Support Centre. The Support Centre is your online support account where you can book an appointment with an IT
Expert, view sessions purchased, view the history of your IT support requests and connect an IT Expert to your
computer by remote control.
A minimum purchase of one session is required on your account to confirm your appointment with an IT Expert.
When you request an appointment you are provided with a preliminary booking and are required within one hour to
confirm your booking via the Support Centre - you must have at least one valid support session on your account to
do this. Support sessions can be purchased online by debit or credit card using our secure online payment processor
or by phone with an IT Expert.
