We provide onsite support to customers located within one hour from our office in Hampshire, England.

Onsite support is provided where we are unable to resolve your problem by Online Support – such as:

  • Computers that will not power on
  • Computers that will not start Microsoft Windows
  • Broadband problems
  • Installation of new equipment purchases
  • Home moves and relocating

The main focus of our business is to provide affordable IT Support and reduce the cost of using IT in the home! We do recommend Online Support for most IT issues as 95% of requests can be resolved by using our remote control software or via telephone support.

Customers located in the UK and outside of our one hour travel scope from our office in Hampshire, England can benefit from our courier "collect-and-return" service. All equipment received and return is always repaired and configured ready for you to install back into your home - final configuration tasks are then provided by Online Support if necessary.
