The Pre-Pay-Plus support plan has all the benefits of Pay-As-U-Go at a discounted rate by purchasing 8 sessions
in advance. This is a saving of 40% over our Pay-As-U-Go service! Ideal for customers who require regular support
and advice or just want to make an even bigger saving!
The Pre-Pay-Plus support plan requires payment in advance to benefit from the discount. Should your online support
session require using all of the Pre-Pay-Plus sessions on your account you are given a choice to purchase further
discounted sessions or finish the Online Support sessions on the Pay-As-U-Go plan - an IT Expert will advise you
should you require any additional sessions on your account during an active support session. Any support sessions
unused on your account remain active for a period of one year from purchase, which is nice to know should you get
another problem that needs attention.
All Pre-Pay-Plus support sessions are assigned to you as the ‘customer’ not to your computer – therefore you
are welcome to use any Pre-Pay-Plus support sessions for other family or friends computers provided you are the
‘customer’ that makes the initial appointment for support.
All Pre-Pay-Plus customers are required to make payment by debit or credit card for all Online Support sessions
in advance via your online account.
